We develop software according to Agile with Scrum methodology as it allows us to build applications faster and cheaper. The Scrum framework neatly fits our everyday because we are young, dynamic and our systems are nimble.

If Agility is the measure of one’s ability to successfully take advantage of an opportunity and adapt to the rapid changes around, in software development, it is about adopting new technologies (if they make sense in our client’s project) and adapting to the frequently changing requirements. But successful projects include those that do not waste money.

This is why, prior to committing to a client’s idea, we develop a pilot during which we assess the feasibility of the project. At the end of this project planning phase (usually two to three weeks), our clients are able to see whether what was built is in line with their vision, they can then extrapolate the probable cost and delivery date to see if they want to proceed.

Thanks to this simple Agile approach, our clients remain in control of their budget, scope and delivery dates.
