PRIVACY POLICY AND “COOKIES”

The following describes the principles and purposes of the processing of personal data concerning the users of the website that may be collected by the Administrator.

The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal grounds:

  1. in order to address questions asked through the following channels: e-mail, telephone, contact form, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (Dz.Urz.UE.L No. 119; hereinafter: “GDPR”) – on the basis of consent;

  2. for the purpose of concluding a contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
  3. for the purposes of ensuring the security and proper operation of the website and for statistical purposes (under “cookies”) on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
  4. when necessary to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

Data may be transferred to entities with the help of which the Administrator carries out the indicated purposes. These entities ensure the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

In order to respond to the questions asked, the Administrator requires only the personal data necessary to respond, which – depending on the subject of the matter and the chosen channel of contact – may be: first and last name, company name (if the person is acting on behalf of an entrepreneur), e-mail, or telephone number.

Provision of the above personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the data indicated above will prevent return contact from the Administrator.

If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of consent, it may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The personal data provided will be kept for the period of correspondence and, in the case of a contract, until the expiration of claims arising from the contract.

The Administrator informs that a person contacting the Administrator has the right to request access to personal data collected by the Administrator, their rectification, restriction of their processing and their transfer – if such rights arise directly from the provisions of the GDPR. In addition, a person contacting the Administrator has the right to erasure of personal data collected by the Administrator, insofar as it is not necessary for establishing, asserting or defending the Administrator’s claims.

A complaint about the Administrator’s activities related to the processing of personal data can be filed to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The data you provide will not be the basis for automated decision-making, including profiling.

The Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization, with the exception of data provided to the following United States partners: Google LLC (through the use of Google Analytics, Google Maps tools).
